Oak Rooms & Cottage

• All rooms and cottage can be booked for one or more nights.
• A non refundable deposit of £25 per room, per night, (cottage £50 per night) is required at the time of booking.
• All cancellations received by 12 noon the day prior to arrival will receive no further charges
• All no shows full charge of the stay applies.
• All major credit cards (exc American Express) are accepted.
• Well behaved dogs are welcome in some of our rooms at an additional charge of £15 per dog per night (inc puppy pack).
• Check in times guaranteed from 3pm check out time is 11am.
• Early check in 12.30pm or late check out 3.00pm is available at an additional £15 per night.
• Complimentary pick up and drop off from Appleby station can arrange (24 hrs notice required).
